Refund policy

1. General Policy:

   • We operate under a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
   • To qualify for a return, the item must remain unopened, unused, and within its original packaging.
   • When requesting a return or exchange, please provide:
     • Full Name
     • Order Number
     • Photo(s)
     • Explanation of the item's condition and reason for return.
   • An unboxing video is required to demonstrate the package's opening and its contents.

2. Damages or Issues:

   • Inspect your order upon receipt. If you encounter a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us promptly.
   • We offer a 7-day refund and return policy for such circumstances.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellation fee applies when canceling an order already in process.
   • Once the package has moved to the airport, cancellation is not possible.

4. Exceptions:

   • Unable to process returns for sale items or gift cards.
   • Protective covering and outer boxes are integral components; damage to these is not considered a defect.
   • Defects on the reverse side of artist portraits or those only identifiable through light reflection are not considered damage.
   • No cancellations/refunds for items shipped to a forwarding service provider's address.

5. Exchanges:

   • Initiate a return for the current item to expedite securing your desired item.

6. Refunds:

   • Refunds processed within 10 business days upon approval.
   • Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
   • If more than 30 business days pass since return approval, contact us.
